Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

SiteVolt is a two-person studio. We collect as little as possible, and we don't do anything clever or creepy with what we do collect.

1. What we collect

• Your email address, if you join our email list.
• What you put in our forms: your name, business name, what you do, phone, email, the software you use, and roughly how many customers you have.
• Your text-message consent, if you give it: the wording you agreed to, when, and the page and IP address you agreed from.
• Client information: when you work with us, the account access, customer lists, and business details we need to do the work.
• Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, never by us. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Anonymous usage data: aggregated analytics about how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location, device and browser type — collected via Google Analytics, which sets cookies to do this. We don't use it to identify you personally.

2. What we do with it

• Reply to your request and set up a call.
• Do the work you hire us for: write and send emails and texts to your customers for you, and report what they brought in.
• Send the email you signed up for. Unsubscribe anytime with one click.

3. Text messages

• We only text you if you ask us to on one of our forms. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• When we text a client's customers, we only text the ones who opted in with that client.

4. What we never do

• Sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
• Run advertising or retargeting trackers, or sell your data to advertisers. We use Google Analytics for basic, privacy-respecting visitor stats — nothing more.
• Send you anything you didn't ask for.

5. Who else touches your data

Only the services needed to run things: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (the servers this site runs on), GoHighLevel (our system for form requests, client customer lists, and the emails and texts we send), and Google Analytics (anonymous site-usage statistics). For ecommerce clients, we work inside your own email and SMS platform. Each service only gets what it needs to do its job.

6. Your customer lists (clients)

We use your customer list only to do your work. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anyone else. When you stop working with us, we delete the lists we hold within 30 days, unless you ask us to send them to you first.

7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, reply STOP to any text, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Just email us.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
